2012 Ca' Del Grevino Syrah

Balanced and nicely structured. Syrah is a type of productive grape, it has strong disease-resistance and the color of the skin is dark. Syrah germinates late, and needs a long time to grow to maturity.  If the density grown of Syrah grapes is too high, the quality of the grapes will be poor, and the rich and strong features of Syrah grapes will weaken. Moreover, if the hanging time of the Syrah grapes is too long, the aroma and acidity will fade quickly.
