The aromas of this wine suggest petrol and minerality. However, on the palate this wine is semi-sweet that include notes of honeysuckle and meyer lemon. The beautiful mingling of acid and sugar support the expressive fruitiness quite wonderfully.
Another name of Riesling is Johannisberg Riesling or White Riesling. This wine pairs nicely with spicy foods or salty savory cuisines.
