Varietal Qualities

Made out of one of the world’s greatest white wine grapes, the Riesling vine’s hardy wood makes it extremely resistant to frost. A varietal that excels in cooler climate, Riesling can be produced dry or sweet. In this case we decided to make our Riesling into a refreshing sparkling bottle of wine.
