Dolcetto means “a little sweet one”, it expresses original fruit flavor of grapes.  Dolcetto is the earliest maturing grape among 3 main red grapes in Piemonte, Italy. It is very sensitive to soil and climate, In general, Dolcetto has natural fruit flacors balanced by acid and tannins, which makes it great with food that are tomato based and cured meats.

Wine Notes:

Nose of exotic spices & herbs, backed by layers of redcurrants, raspberries and chocolate. Flavours of plums on palate with fine tannins. Medium-bodied, elegant with lingering acidity at finish.

Adopting the Italian manor, manual picking tradition, we carefully select the best Chardonnay grapes each year and then ferment the highest-quality Chardonnay Reserve wine. Selected grapes used in wine production are flawless full grapes, with a crystal clear and golden shiny color. Chardonnay emerges from citrus fruit flavors to different flavors full of various exotic tropical fruits. This diversity also makes her become one of the most important members in making champagne and sparkling wines.

Grenache is the world’s second largest type of grape. Black Grenache grows in Spain and the South of France. It adds spice to Rioja wines and makes the Rioja wine stronger. In hot climates, Grenache wines have an aroma of juicy plums and vanilla. 

Grenache Noir grows in Spain and South of France.  It adds spicy taste on Spanish Rioja and makes Rioja stronger.  Grenache is also the powerful force of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas in France.  In California with plenty of sunshine, Grenache wines have aromas of juicy plums and vanilla.

Dolcetto means “a little sweet”, it expresses original fruit flavor of grapes. The 2013 vintage of our estate Dolcetto has sharp tannins and will age beautifully for another 6-8 years. It has a lot of dark berry flavors on top of mocha and licorice.

From a grape that's rarely planted in the Central Coast, this bottling shows loads of earthy aromas, from wet soil to crushed gravel, as well as tight blackberry, dried dill and white pepper notes. This elegant Chardonnay shows scents of butterscotch, honeydew melon, and apple on the nose. Flavors of honeysuckle, granny smith apple and lemon are wrapped in a light oaky-vanilla blanket, leaving a smooth yet crisp finish.

Pinot Noir grapes make one of the most popular wines in the world. It represents delicate, elegant, and feminine wines. The grapes are sensitive to climate, soil and geography. Pinot Noir grapes are thin-skinned. Originating in Burgundy, France Pinot Noir has a long history of cultivation; the earliest record it of is during the 1st century A.D. and at that period the grape was known as Pinor Vermei. Pinot Noir is now widely planted, the largest growing area is in Bourgogne, France, followed by the USA and New Zealand.

Bright notes of apple, melon, and a subtle hint of pear. This wine pairs nicely with salads, soft cheeses, or shell fish.
