Dolcetto means “a little sweet one”, it expresses original fruit flavor of grapes. Dolcetto is the earliest maturing grape among 3 main red grapes in Piemonte, Italy. It is very sensitive to soil and climate, In general, Dolcetto has natural fruit flacors balanced by acid and tannins, which makes it great with food that are tomato based and cured meats.

Nose of exotic spices & herbs, backed by layers of redcurrants, raspberries and chocolate. Flavours of plums on palate with fine tannins. Medium-bodied, elegant with lingering acidity at finish.
